Order Timing

In-stock products are shipped within 2-3 business days from time of order. Personalized pieces are shipped within 5-10 business days from time of order. We will contact you immediately if there are any anticipated delays on your order.

Wholesale Orders - Most wholesale orders ship within 3-10 business days, depending on the level of personalization and quantities.

Shipping Methods

Marquess Studios currently ships within the United States and sends most packages via USPS. Priority shipping is an option - please select the upgrade in the shop if you would like to expedite the shipping timing. The fee also includes expedited timing on the production side (where possible). Tracking numbers are sent as part of the confirmation email once your order enters the USPS system.

Order Pick-up

We offer $5 flat fee shipping (within the US) and shipping is free for orders over $50. If you would like to pick an order up, please select that option at check-out.
